Gas Storage Denmark A/S owns and operates the two Danish gas storage facilities. Gas Storage Denmark is owned by Energinet.
24 August 2006, Energinet acquired the gas storage facility in Lille Torup, and 1 January 2015, Energinet acquired the gas storage facility in Stenlille. Both facilities were acquired from DONG Energy.
